    A guide to fundamental rights

This guide was created in order to facilitate the exercise of rights guaranteed by law before competent authorities and institutions. Our intention is to familiarize you with the basic rights in the field of social and health protection, as well as with the procedures for obtaining personal documents.

We want to emphasize once again that we are all equal before the Constitution and the law, therefore we have equal rights and opportunities to exercise them! We hope that the information in the guide will be useful, that you will improve some aspect of your life based on it, and the guide was created in that spirit.

****If you have any difficulty in exercising your guaranteed rights, you need help with submitting requests, filling out forms, writing applications or communicating with institutions – contact the Daje Roma Center for Women and Children!

Contact us on the phone numbers: 063/340 365; 060/131 83 55 or through the Facebook page of the Roma Center “Daje”
