The working hours of the SOS free phone are every working day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to the fixed number 011 3987898 and the free SOS number 0800 002 007, mobile numbers 063 340 365 and 060 131 83 55 are available to users 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Specially trained consultants for working with women who have survived the trauma of male violence and have many years of experience in this field work on the SOS telephone line as well as in individual consultations. Support for women through consultations is aimed at empowering women to get out of a situation of violence.

Consultants are guided by basic principles, which are:
all experiences told to the SOS telephone and in consultations are confidential
the testimony of women who survived violence is believed
the woman is not to blame for the violence she experienced
the bully is responsible for the violence
it is the bully's fault and shame
Consultants support women:
to make a safety plan if they are in dangerous situations
to know which institutions can offer them which type of support
to get out of the logic of victimhood and silence and be proactive in the process of getting out of violence
to set limits on violence
to work out their traumatic experiences and strengthen their positive qualities
to trust themselves and love themselves again
to consider possible choices and choose how they want to live
